Includes a re-assessment and follow-up treatment for a condition. New conditions require a new assessment.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE
Accounts need to be settled after each session.
We charge private rates.
We do not submit your account to the medical aid.
You have to pay and claim back from your medical aid.
Credit card facility available.
Online payments available.
BILLING
Our fees are structured according to the South African Society of Physiotherapy's (SASP) practice codes.
Private rates are charged.
Some medical aids might cover slightly less, meaning when you claim from your fund, you will not be reimbursed the full amount.
A re-assessment code will be charged in every follow-up session, as delivering adequate care hinges on proper re-assessment of your condition and tracking of your progress.
Most medical aids do NOT cover the re-assessment code but it is permissible as per the SASP's coding guidelines.
It remains your responsibility to pay and then claim back from your fund.
Please note: You will only be reimbursed from your medical aid if you have the provided benefits and funds available. It is your responsibility to check this.
